The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We appreciated the spacious triple room, which exceeded our expectations. The multiple water dispensers were a fantastic feature, making hydration easy and convenient during our stay. The hotel’s location near cafes and parks made for delightful leisurely walks.

The towels felt a bit worn out, which was a small disappointment.

The 5th floor was a busy banquet area that felt overcrowded at times!!! The kid's cars on the 7th floor are painfully slow and in dire need of an upgrade, ruining what could be a fun activity for children!!!

Comfortable stay near all attractions

I enjoyed the spacious room and the incredible shower pressure. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight with a great variety of dishes to choose from. Housekeeping was always punctual and courteous!

However, I found it odd that there were no toiletries provided, such as toothpaste and a toothbrush. The elevator lines could get lengthy during busy hours, which was somewhat inconvenient.

I stayed in a Triple Room for 3 nights. The space was way larger than I expected, which was perfect for us to relax and even eat in the room. The linens were super clean and comfy. We also loved the multiple water dispensers on each floor. Only thing is, I wish the towels were a bit newer. they felt a little worn out. Overall, a solid stay!

Had an amazing stay! ! The location was perfect, just next to the Taipei Arena (easy access to events! ). Room was spacious (great soundproofing), and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive.

I had a solid time here, enjoying both the fitness center and rooftop sun loungers. The swimming pool looked inviting, but I didn’t get a chance to dip in. Just a heads up, the room could have used a little more natural light, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience! 😊
